In this child we see the widening of his smile (A), (B) after 18 months of orthodontic treatment. Also his upper lip (Γ) looks full after treatment.
In this case we see the change of the child’s smile (A), (B) after a short period orthodontic treatment that lasted only 6 months and involved a rapid palatal expansion. The upper lip outline increased remarkably (Γ) and his smile broadened according to his natural aesthetic facial proportions.
This patient had initially face asymmetry and lower jaw deviation to the left (B). After 24-months orthodontic treatment(non-invasive) the face of the patient was restored aesthetically and functioned normally.
